I AM FREE!!! BLAAARGH!

Lol, but seriously, not a bad attempt. I think your drums could use a little more power. While this is a matter of taste for the most part it is definitely something I would recommend for a better mix.

Your bassline was pretty good, it got a little weird at times, but that's totally ok.
As far as actual music composition though I think that this song is a bit lacking, it doesn't feel like the song moves forward or changes very much, it just seems like some random patterns in the same key with some variations on those patterns.

As I said I liked your bassline but you need more than that. You had some choral stuff going on and I liked that but other than that it was almost entirely a bassline and drums. In addition to that you need some higher frequency instrument or something to go along with it so that you can create a melody to go with you bassline

I liked it, and I hope I don't come off as harsh but I'm just offering some constructive criticism.

Nice heavy bass intro, that's a nice synth you got there. I like the development of your song too. For not having much of idea where you were going with this one I think you did a pretty decent job. You've got some interesting changes throughout the song but I think your bassline could use a lot more variance, it's quite repetitive and just moving your progression around with it can have a huge effect on a song. I like the 8-bit sounds towards the end, it's pretty cool and catchy, but overall I think a bit too repetitive.

Good work though man, and I still need to show you some stuff in Sytrus, hit me up with a PM, we'll work out something.

Nice work overall

Loving the piano intro. Just a tip, you wanna bribe me to like a song? Have mad piano rhythms.
I really like your composition and your musical development, it's totally epic.

My only complaint about your pony songs in general. Not enough Rainbow Dashy :(

Anyways. I really like your DnB I think it's some of your best work and you should try to produce a little more to that extent, I think it's where you shine.

This song gets the to the ipod an award given to only a few rare talented artists (let me put it like this, probably one of every 100 songs I listen to on NG gets there... If that)

Excellent.

Nice intro. I like the smooth horns with the harsh drums. I like the dubstep in this, but I think it's kinda cliche to the genre.. I like it, the bassline is harsh and rough and it's really varied with lots of little instrument in between. It's well put together and I like it.. And at the same time it's so similar to so much other dubstep... I guess what I'm saying is I like it, it's sweet, the bassline is sick. But it's not innovative. It's the same old what everybody else does.

Don't take that too harshly, just trying to get ya thinking.

Nice song though man, a little repetitive but I enjoyed it a lot and it's really well constructed.

Awesome intro, sounds great!

You're getting pretty good man that kick has mad pump to it, how do you get that? Just mastering or what?

Nice bassline, I think there could be a little bit going on "outside" the bass while it plays, just some quiet synth on the high end. Which you sorta touch on after the main bass but not during it, I think it could be a little bit more musically complicated... Just my thoughts :/
Lovin the elements of syncopation and the buildup that dropped to nothing and then dropped the bassline late, that was pretty sweet.
Nice job overall. Very enjoyable!

Nice!

I like it, it's nice and relaxing and everything complements each other really well. I like the direction your style is taking and I think you've got a lot ahead of you.

Now onto the actual song

Mixing-wise I think it's pretty good, I think it's very balanced and flows together well.
The composition is good and I like your melody though I think it is a little repetitive.
I agree with some other reviewers that there should be a little bit more intense of a climax. The song doesn't really peak anywhere and it feels like it should at some point.

Overall I like it a lot and it's a pretty awesome song, great work!

Woot!

Xkore, you da man! Your stuff is awesome, thanks for bein a great inspiration, and also just an great musician in general...

Once I get to the point I'm even more comfortable in FL we'll have to have a Massive VS Sytrus Face off, EVERYBODY USES MASSIVE! I know it's freakin awesome and everything, but with my limited knowledge of sytrus and some mixing work I've gotten both some unique and heavy sounds, plus I don't have the cash to throw into it. . .

Anyway, great song man I'm diggin it, you can have my money whenever you release it.

Awesome!

This is awesome... man is this is awesome!

The piano intro is emotional, sweet sounding the strings come in at just about the right level.

When your synths start to come in the song stays calm till your quieted lead begins building a lot of energy, I really like that!

Your kick is great.
I think the snare sounds good, but it needs not really more punch... but to sound a little different from the drum, you can fix that by layering another snare with it to give it the bass, the echo, and the punch that you need... not really a complaint, I liked what you had, this is just some advice to improve...

I liked your sub, it keeps everything from feeling too dry and empty.

Other than that it stays pretty simple, though simple is not always bad, I really don't have much else to describe.... It sounds great. Excellent work!

I'm glad to see a musical author who credits the one who gave us breathe to breathe and lungs to breathe it! I'd love it if you'd check out one or two of my newer songs, I still have a long way to go, but I'd love to get some support from you!

Thank you, for honoring God.

Thanks a lot. It's great to hear all of these things from you. And yeah I'll check out your stuff. Thanks again!

Whoo!

Sounds great! I love the revamped 8-bit feel you give your music. This song pulls me back to NES playing days, with a new touch on everything.

I like all the synths, though I would like for there to be a sub rolling along with the song, I think it would add some more depth to the music.

I liked your drums, the rides are great, the kick was good, and I liked the snare, but I think it does need to be hit on a little less, I'd try using the drum beat you have now and then rather than repeating it over and over add in some simpler beats every other pattern (or something, that's just a suggestion) This gives your beat a sense of both action and unpredictability, but it keeps the beat flowing too.

I'd still like to hear some more variance in your melodies, once you build on your main melody keep some elements of the beginning of the song going, but make some big structural changes, it keeps everything really interesting, I liked this, but I think you need to add some movement to the sub-dominant part of the song.

Great work man,

Omega

Just writing music, I hope to produce someday, so check out my stuff will ya?
